Gibson begins Championship defense at Grand Rapids on January 8th
January 7th, 2010Jeff Gibson looks determined! After a long break from the AMA Arenacross season, Gibby is ready to defend his Championship he claimed with such dominance in 2009.
“I can’t wait to get started”, claimed Gibson. “I am completely healed after an off season accident that caused me to have surgery. I have lost some weight and ready to take on the new 450cc bikes.”
2010 will mark the change for the common 250’s to the 450’s in the close quarter racing of the AMA Arenacross Series. “It’s going to be tough. These bikes have alot of power and it wont take much to end up in the stands, but thats what makes it exciting”, stated Gibson.
The opening round starts Friday night at the Van Arden Arena in Grand Rapids, Michigan for the 19 race season. “We have everyone back and we are going after our 4th straight title! The odds are against us but we wouldnt have it any other way!”
“Madhouse” set to debut January 10th at 9pm EST on History Channel
January 2nd, 2010History Channel “Madhouse” returning for Season 2 in April
The day is finally approaching for the entire world to watch Rick Ware Racing driver, Tim Brown at his finest. The History Channel will debut, “Madhouse” on January 10th at 9pm EST immediately after “Ice Road Truckers”.
Following the channels feature show will draw nearly a million viewers as the show will air every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday through the first half of the year.
“Madhouse” filmed the entire 2009 NASCAR Whelen Modified season at Bowman-Gray Stadium, following Brown in a quest for his 8th Championship at the track.
The shows finale will feature Brown’s step into the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series when he debuted at Martinsville Speedway last October. Tim will be featured as well as his sponsors Circle K and Hayes Jewelers as the #83 battles for the title
RWR announces Driving Force Driver Development Program for 2010
January 1st, 2010The Biggest Little Team in Motorsports is getting bigger. RWR recently announced their Driver Developmental Program for 2010 known as “Driving Force”.
Driving Force is designated for drivers with talent as aspirations of racing in NASCAR’s top series. Depending on age and talent level, attendees can start in either the Allison Legacy Series, Legends Series, or ARCA Remax Series.
Within one year a driver can be see action in the ARCA Remax Series and approved for all sized tracks through the NASCAR Camping World Series with races at the smallest track in Martinsville to the high banks of Talladega!
Drivers will be coached by winning crew chiefs in the NASCAR Series’ as well as a professional team of Public Relations experts.

RWR to announce team lineup January 2nd
